The Missouri Tax Increase to Support Public Education Amendment, also known as Issue 9, was on the November 5, 1912 ballot in Missouri is an initiated constitutional amendment where it was defeated.[1]

The measure would have levyied a ten cent tax on on each $100 worth of assessed property for the support of the public elementary and high schools.[2]
