The Missouri Motor Vehicle License Fees Amendment, also known as Issue 6, was on the November 5, 1940 ballot in Missouri as an initiated constitutional amendment, where it was defeated.[1]

The measure would have fixed motor vehicle license fees at the present rate, providing revenue for rad purposes.[2]
