The Missouri Limitation on Partial Tax Relief Amendment, also known as Amendment 1, was on the August 3, 1976 ballot in Missouri as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure deleted a 25 year limitation on laws granting partial tax relief for forestry lands.[1][2]
