Missouri Measure 12 (1982) was a measure regarding a state senate reapportionment commission. This measure wasreferred to the ballot by the Missouri State Legislature. It passed with 57.1% of voters in favor.

Text of measure

State senate reapportionment commission to hold hearings and file plan for new districts in same manner as house reapportionment commission. Supreme Court to appoint judges to draw districts if either commission fails to act.[1]
