Missouri Measure 9 (1982)

Missouri Measure 9 was an automatic ballot referral on the question of whether to hold a statewide constitutional convention to amend the Missouri Constitution.

It failed with 38.6% of voters in favor.

Missourians also voted on whether to hold a constitutional convention in 1942, 1962 and 2002.[1]

Establishes a procedure for selection of delegates in the event voters approve a Missouri constitutional convention.[2]
