The Missouri Nonpartisan Judicial Selection Amendment, also known as Issue 3, was on the November 5, 1940 ballot in Missouri as an initiated constitutional amendment, where it was adopted.[1]

The measure established a nonpartisan procedure for electing and appointing judges.[2]
