The Missouri Pensions for Public Employees Amendment, also known as Issue 2, was on the November 2, 1948 ballot in Missouri as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated.[1]

The measure provides pensions for public employees working in cities with populations greater than 40,000.[2]
