The Missouri Pensions for the Blind Amendment, also known as Issue 7, was on the November 3, 1914 ballot in Missouri as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. [1]

The measure would have given the general assembly the option of paying pensions to the blind.[2]
