The Missouri Pensions for the Blind Amendment, also known as Issue 8 amendment, was on the November 2, 1920 ballot in Missouri as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was adopted.[1]

The measure required the general assembly to levy annual taxes to pay for pensions for the blind.[2]
