The Missouri Permanent Fund for Public Roads Amendment, also known as Issue 3, was on the November 8, 1910 ballot as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. [1]

The measure would have authorized a state levy for a permanent fund for public roads.[2]
