The Missouri Property Rights of Religious Corporations Amendment, also known as Issue 1, was on the February 26, 1924 ballot in Missouri as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated.[1]

The measure would have expanded religious corporations' rights to hold real estate including schools, hospitals, orphanages, and charities, as well as personal property.[2]
