The Missouri Sheriffs and Coroners Succession Amendment, also known as Issue 9, was on the November 8, 1938 ballot in Missouri as an initiated constitutional amendment, where it was defeated.[1]

The measure would have allowed sheriffs and coroners to succeed themselves.[2]
