The Missouri St. Louis Police Commissioners Referred Bill, also known as Issue 12, was on the November 3, 1914 ballot in Missouri as a veto referendum, where it was defeated.[1]

The measure would have given the mayor in cities with 300,000 or more inhabitants the power to appoint police commissioners.[2]
