The Missouri State Treasurer Succession Amendment, also known as Issue 2, was on the November 8, 1938 ballot in Missouri as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated.[1]

The measure would have allowed the State Treasurer to succeed him or herself in office.[2]
