The Missouri Teachers Pensions Amendment, also known as Issue 3, was on the November 3, 1936 ballot in Missouri as an initiated constitutional amendment, where it was adopted.[1]

The measure would have prohibited the state for withholding funds intended for teachers' pensions.[2]
