As of April 2014, three special elections have been scheduled for the Missouri State Legislature in 2014. These elections were called to fill vacancies in Missouri House of Representatives Districts 67, 120 and 151.

How vacancies are filled


In the event of a vacancy in the General Assembly, the Governor of Missouri must call for a special election without delay.[1] The election mandate is sent to the county that first established the legislative district.[2]
