The question on the ballot:

Shall the limitation on the amount of taxes which may be assessed against all property in Monroe County Intermediate School District, be renewed by .9866 mill ($0.9866 on each $1,000.00 of taxable valuation) for a period of 5 years, 2012 to 2016, inclusive, to provide operating funds to enhance other state and local funding for local school district technology purposes and related expenses; the estimate of the revenue the intermediate school district will collect if the millage is approved and levied in 2012 is approximately $5,508,988 (this is a renewal of millage which will expire with the 2011 levy)?[3]
