The Montana Native Americans on Board of Regents Amendment, also known as C-24, was on the November 3, 1992 ballot in Montana as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. The measure would have increased the membership of the board of regents from seven to eight members and would have required the appointment of one Native American member.[1][2]
