The Montana Property Tax Determination Amendment, also known as C-28, was a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment on the November 8, 1994 ballot in Montana, where it was defeated.
C-28 sought to allow property tax to be based on acquisition value and allow limits on annual increases in valuation of property.
