The Montana Seatbelt Use Initiative, also known as I-110, was on the November 8, 1988 ballot in Montana as an initiated state statute, where it was defeated. The measure would have repealed the Montana Seatbelt Use Act which required occupants of motor vehicles to wear a seatbelt.[1][2]
