Mount Healthy City School District tax levy, 2009
The Mount Healthy City School District tax levy appeared on the February 3, 2009 ballot in Hamilton County for voters in the Mount Healthy City School District. The levy was defeated 74 percent to 26 percent.
The question facing voters was:
- "An additional tax for the benefit of the Mt. Healthy City School District, for the purpose of CURRENT OPERATING EXPENSES at a rate not exceeding seven and ninety-five hundredths (7.95) mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to seventy-nine and five-tenths cents ($0.795) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for a continuing period of time, commencing in 2009, first due in calendar year 2010."
