|| Shall the previously voted increase in the tax limitation in Mount Morris Township, imposed under Article IX, Section 6 of the Michigan Constitution, of 3.5 mills ($3.50 per $1,000 of taxable value) which was renewed on May 5, 2009, for 10 years, 2009 through 2018 inclusive, be increased by 3.0 mills ($3.00 per $1,000 of taxable value) and levied for 10 years, 2013 through 2022 inclusive, for police services, raising an additional estimated $825,000 in the first year the millage is levied.
