The Municipal and County Government Committee (known before 2013 as the Municipal and County Governments Committee) is a standing committee of the New Hampshire House of Representatives.
Per the House Rules, committees of the New Hampshire House of Representatives are assigned by the Speaker of the House after consultation with the Minority Leader. Committees are assigned after each election. A majority of appointed members make up a committee's quorum. The Speaker is not recognized as an "ex officio" member of any committee.
