CARSON CITY, Nevada: Nebraska Secretary of State Ross Miller has stated his opposition to a redistricting order that would allow current incumbents to use the term "re-elect" when running outside of the district they currently represent. Typically, redistricting bills processed by the legislature include language that would allow displaced incumbents to use the term. However, reapportionment went to the courts this year, leaving out such language. Miller's objection was filed with Carson City District Judge James Russell.[1]
