The Nevada legislature houses lobbying information and records for Nevada. The Pacific Research Institute analyzes Nevada's lobbying disclosure laws as "poorly performing" as far as the information the state requires to be disclosed.[1]

Who must register?

All lobbyists must register for each Legislative Session. Lobbyists may register either online or in-person at the legislative building.[2] Nevada is one of 18 states with more relaxed lobbying reporting requirements for public entities than for private entities.[3]
