Three statewide ballot measures were certified for the November 2012 statewide ballot in New Hampshire.
- 2012 state legislative session began on January 4, 2012 and ended on July 1, 2012. Legislative referrals could have been sent to the 2012 ballot during this time.

|Education Amendment (2)||Education||Would allow the legislature to target education aid to certain communities|
|Line-Item Veto Authority Amendment||Admin of gov't||Authorizes the governor to use line item reduction power of items in any bill making appropriations of money|
