Shall the sale of wine and mixed beverages and spirituous liquor be permitted for sale on Sunday between the hours of eleven a.m. and midnight by Hog Heaven of New Philadelphia, dba Hog Heaven, an applicant for a D-6 liquor permit, who is engaged in the business of operating a restaurant/bar at 1290 West High Avenue & Patio, New Philadelphia, Ohio 44663 in this precinct?
