North Beach School District Levy Additions, 3 (February 2010)

There were three North Beach School District Levies on the February 9 ballot in Grays Harbor County for voters in the North Beach school district.

All three of these measures passed
Proposition 1

Proposition 2

Proposition 3

The first measure sought to replace an existing levy that is set to expire, the money from this levy is used for maintenance and operational expenses for the district. The levy will be in the amount of $.82 per $1,000 of assessed property value for a further two years.

The second measure sought to increase the existing levy set for technology improvements by $.06 for a further four years. This money will go towards upgrading and modernizing school equipment.

The third measure also sought to increase the school levy by a further $.12 in order to modernize and upgrade the high school facilities. This tax will be in place for a further four years.[2]
