North Carolina Clean Water Bonds, also known as the $800,000,000 Clean Water Bonds, was on the November 3, 1998 election ballot in North Carolina. It passed, with 68.1% of voters in favor.

Proposes the issuance of $800,000,000 State of North Carolina Clean Water Bonds constitution general obligation bonds of the state secured by the pledge of the faith and credit and taxing power of the state for the purpose of providing funds, with any other available funds, to make loans and grants to local government units to pay all or a portion of the cost of clean water projects.
