The North Dakota Abortion Restrictions Referendums
are a series of veto referendums
in North Dakota
that may appear in the general election
on November 4, 2014
. The measures would allow public votes on newly passed restrictions regarding when abortions may be performed.

Supporters are required to collect a minimum of 13,452 valid signatures and deliver them to the secretary of state's office within 90 days after the bill in question was submitted to the secretary of state.
All three bills being challenged were filed with the secretary of state on March 26, 2013. This means that supporters must turn in signatures by June 24, 2014, in order to qualify the measure for the ballot.
