The North Dakota Beer Initiative, also known as Manufacture, Sale and Distribution of Beer Initiative, was on the September 22, 1933 ballot in North Dakota as an initiated state statute, where it was approved. The measure legalized and regulated the manufacturing, sale and distribution of beer.[1][2]
