The North Dakota Game and Fish Department Income Initiative, also known as Measure 3, was on the November 7, 1978 ballot in North Dakota as an initiated state statute, where it was approved.[1][2] The measure specified that all income of the State Game and Fish Department together with all the interest derived from such income would only be used by that department.[3]
