The North Dakota Future Governor and Lieutenant Governor Elections Referendum, also known as Measure 4, was on the November 2, 1982 ballot in North Dakota as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. The measure would have modified all gubernatorial and lieutenant gubernatorial elections going forward.[1]
