The North Dakota New Programs to Increase Employment Opportunities Initiative, also known as Measure 1, was on the November 5, 1974 ballot in North Dakota as an initiated state statute, where it was defeated.[1] The measure would have authorized new programs to increase employment opportunities.[2]
