The North Dakota Uniform Taxation within Classification Initiative, also known as Amendment to Section 176, was on the November , 5 1918 ballot in North Dakota as an initiated constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure required that taxation be uniform upon different classifications of property. It also gave definitions for private and state property.
