The North Dakota Final Offer Resolution Referendum, also known as Measure 3, was on the June 9, 1992 ballot in North Dakota as a legislatively-referred state statute, where it was defeated.[1] The measure would have required school boards and teachers' representatives to mediate impasses involving salaries or benefits and required final offer resolution whenever requested by either party to the negotiations.[2]

Text of measure

The measure was a referendum of House Bill Number 1593 of the 52nd Legislative Assembly.[2]
