The North Dakota Public Service Commission Initiative, also known as Transfer Power of R.R. Commission to Public Service Commission, was on the June 25, 1940 ballot in North Dakota as an initiated constitutional amendment, where it was approved.[1] The measure changed the name of state Board of Railroad Commissioners to Public Service Commission.[2][3]
