The North Dakota Maximum School Taxes Initiative was on the June 27, 1934 ballot in North Dakota as an initiated state statute, where it was defeated.[1] The measure would have set the maximum amount of levy of school taxes. Additional levying would have been permitted if, under the limitations, the levies would not raise at least $70 per person.[2]
