The North Dakota State Officials Salary Initiative, also known as Reducing or Fixing the Compensation of Certain Elected and All Appointive State Officials, was on the November 8, 1932 ballot in North Dakota as an initiated state statute, where it was approved. The measure set the following salary standards:[1][2]

The measure also cut the compensation or salary of all appointed positions by 20 percent.
