The North Dakota State and County Official Term Lengths Initiative, also known as Initiative 5, was on the June 30, 1964 ballot in North Dakota as an initiated constitutional amendment, where it was approved.[1][2][3] The measure lengthened the terms from two years to four for the following state and county offices:
