North Dakota Terms of State and County Offices, Referendum 3 (1958)
The North Dakota Terms of State and County Offices, also known as Referendum 3, was on the November 4, 1958 ballot in North Dakota as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. The measure made the election terms of most state and county offices that were previously two year terms into four year terms.
