North Dakota Three Year Debt Moratorium Initiative (1932)
The North Dakota Three Year Debt Moratorium Initiative was on the November 8, 1932 ballot in North Dakota as an initiated state statute, where it was defeated. The measure would have created a partial moratorium for a period of three years on existing private and public debts, but not including those held by corporations or those able to pay.
