The question on the ballot:

Shall the City of North Miami issue General Obligation Bonds not exceeding Fifteen Million Dollars bearing interest not exceeding the maximum rate established by law, maturing no later than twenty years from issuance, to finance the expansion and renovation of the City of North Miami Museum of Contemporary Art with any principal, interest and premium, being payable from ad valorem tax levied on taxable property without limit as to rate or amount?[3]
