Northview School District Bond Measures, 2 (November 2011)
The first measure sought to issue a bond in the amount of $31.6 million in order to help pay for upgrading technology throughout the district as well as remodeling and constructing additions to two schools.
The second measure sought to issue a bond in the amount of $11.9 million in order to replace the current high school's swimming pool as well as make other athletic upgrades as needed.

- NO 1,714 (50.1%)
Together the bonds would have added a property tax set at a rate of 4.52 mills. District officials noted that these proposed projects were needed by the schools and would help ensure that students have what they need.

|Proposal 1: Shall Northview Public Schools, Kent County, Michigan, borrow the sum of not to exceed ThirtyOne Million Six Hundred Ten Thousan Dollars ($31,10,000) and issue its general obligation unlimited tax bonds therefore, for the purpose of:erecting additions to school buildings; remodeling, equipping and re-equipping and furnishing and refurnishing school buildings; acquiring, installing, equipping and re-equipping school buildings for instructional technology; and developing and improving playground sites?|
