November 3, 2009 ballot measures in Missouri
KMOX-Radio in St. Louis has reported that local voter turnout in St. Louis alone is only projected to be 20 percent. In the Kansas City area, turnout is light but heavy in outlying Jackson County the turnout is higher than expected.
