Two Oak Hill Village Cemetery & Current Levy Measures were on the November 8, 2011 ballot in the village of Oak Hill which is in Jackson County.

Both measures were approved

The first measure sought to renew the current cemetery levy which is set at a rate of $.10 per $100 of assessed property value for a further five years in order to continue to pay for cemetery operational and maintenance costs in the village.

The question on the ballot:

Measure 1: A renewal of a tax for the benefit of Village of Oak Hill for the purpose of OPERATING AND MAINTAINING CEMETERIES at a rate not exceeding 1 mill for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to $0.10 for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for 5 years, commencing in 2011, first due in calendar year 2012.

Measure 2: A replacement of a tax for the benefit of Village of Oak Hill for the purpose of CURRENT EXPENSES at a rate not exceeding 3 mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to $0.30 for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for 5 years, commencing in 2011, first due in calendar year 2012.[3]
