The question on the ballot:

Shall the previously voted increase in the 15 mill tax limitation on general ad valorem taxes within Ogden Township imposed under Article IX, Sec. 6 of the Michigan Constitution be restored by a renewal of 1.9802 mills ($1.9802 per $1,000 of taxable value) for the period of 2012 through 2015 inclusive for the purpose of road and bridge maintenance and improvement and shall the township levy such millage upon taxable real and personal property within the Township for said purpose thereby raising in the first year an estimated $100,689.00?[3]
