Ohio Department of Agriculture

The Ohio Department of Agriculture (ODA) is a state agency in Ohio charged with administering the state's policies with regard to agriculture.

If the Ohio Livestock Care Standards Amendment (2009) is ratified by voters, the ODA will gain new responsibilities.
