The Ohio Homestead Tax Reduction for Disabled Residents Amendment, also known as Issue 1, appeared on the November 5, 1974 ballot in Ohio as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved.[1] This amendment reduces the state homestead tax for disabled Ohioans.
