The Ohio Membership of the Sinking Fund Commission Amendment was on the November 4, 1947 ballot in Ohio as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved.[1] This amendment increases the number of members of the state Sinking Fund Commission to include the Governor and the Treasurer of State.

Proposing to amend section 8 of Article VIII of the Constitution of Ohio, to increase the number of members of the board known as "The Commissioners of the Sinking Fund," by providing that the governor and treasurer of state shall be members thereof in addition to the present membership consisting of the auditor of state, secretary of state and attorney general.

SHALL THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT, RELATIVE TO INCREASING THE NUMBER OF MEMBERS OF THE SINKING FUND COMMISSION, BE ADOPTED? [4]
